Assalamualaikum, morning, afternoon, evening peeps..
terasa berat sangat tangan ini untuk menaip entry kali ini..
kenapa?
saya pon tak ada jawapannya..
cuma tetiba rasa sebak, runsing tak tahu nak buat apa..

sudah dekat 3minggu tak pergi kelas dan saya rasakan seperti ada rasa yang hilang..
semangat untuk belajar..entah kenapa rasa ini sangat perit sebab terpaksa bergelut dengan keadaan kesihatan saya sekarang ini..bila melihat sahabat lain dapat pergi ke kelas dengan gembira ( mungkin ada rasa malas tapi masih dapat pergi tanpa sebarang masalah), terdetik rasa cemburu..

pernah suatu ketika semua mengatakan saya tidak mampu untuk teruskan perjuangan, dan saya menidakkan walaupun dalam hati kuat berbelah bahagi...
namun kini, saya mula terfikir ada sebab mengapa PERTANYAAN begitu kerap muncul..
kerana mereka melihat keadaan saya..
kerana mereka mengambil berat..
kerana mereka prihatin..

kini, saya tak tahu macam mana ingin mencari kembali semangat itu.. ini bukan hanya alasan yang wujud untuk meraih simpati.. tapi ini adalah pergelutan yang saya alami kini (sesiapa yg senasib mungkin memahami)


p/s: saya pon tak nak menjadi seLEMAH ini.. tapi ada ketika kita terpaksa melupakan impian kerana keadaan semasa dan tiada seorang pon dapat memahaminya kecuali diri kita sendiri.

POLYARTERITIS NODOSA! Unfamiliar disease

 

Assalamualaikum, morning, afternoon, evening peeps! long time no see yeahhh!

sangat lama rasanya tak update blog (even baru 2 minggu..hahaha)

malas la nak tulis mukadimah yg tak ada kene mengena langsung dgn title hari ni.

jadi, mari kita berterus-terang (straight to the point la..hahahaha).

 

Saya telah dimasukkan ke wad 1B katil 3 di Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh selama 8 hari.

sangat lama kan?

mesti ada yang terfikir "awat lama bebenor? operate ke?" hahahaha..

tak tak tak..ni la yg cheq nak habaq mai ni..hehehe..by the way, this was my first time admitted at this hospital and it was pretty cool to be there as i got a chance to meet new friends, new environment and new ubat-cuci-mata..hahaha!

 

kalau dah nak cerita, kena mulakan dari pangkal ceritanya kan? so, I'll bring you guys back to 4 years ago. are you ready? Getsetgo!

 

Tersebutlah kisah (ala-ala syair sikit..hehehe),semasa saya di tingkatan empat, saya mndpt tahu saya menghidap penyakit POLYARTERITIS NODOSA. sounds unfamiliar right? so I thought that this disease was not serious or at least the seriousness , did not need me to be hospitalized for a long time!! Unfortunately, tak semua yg kita harapkan berlaku.

Semasa saya di tingkatan empat, dekat 5 bulan saya tak pergi ke sekolah dan di tingkatan lima, dalam seminggu saya cuma hadir 1 atau 2 hari sahaja. (bunyi mcm pemalas kan?)

Lepas SPM, saya mendapat tawaran untuk sambung belajar di UIA. Tapi selepas sehari, saya terus dimasukkan ke wad. kemudian saya sambung belajar di Tingkatan 6. Sekarang saya sedang melanjutkn pelajaran dalam bidang undang-undang di UiTM Shah Alam.

 

Tetapi keadaan yg sama berlaku kembali. Penyakit saya telah menjadi aktif kembali. Saya terpaksa ditahan wad selama 8hari dan setelah keluar, masih tak sihat lagi. Pesakit yg menghidap penyakit ini akan mengambil masa yg lama untuk kembali sihat dan sesuatu yg perlu kita sedar, penyakit ini akan menyerang untuk satu jangka masa yg lama. Tidak semua doktor atau pengamal-pengamal ilmu perubatan yg faham secara terperinci mengenai penyakit ini kerana penyakit ini amat jarang ditemui dan tidak ada ubat cuma ada ubat (steroids) untuk melengahkan serangan penyakit ini.

Polyarteritis nodosa is a serious blood vessel disease in which small and medium-sized arteries become swollen and damaged.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Polyarteritis nodosa is a disease that affects arteries, the blood vessels that carry oxygen-rich blood to organs and tissues. The cause is unknown, but it occurs when certain immune cells attack the affected arteries.

More adults than children get this disease. The tissues that are fed by the affected arteries do not get the oxygen and nourishment they need, and become damaged.

People with active hepatitis B and C may develop this disease.

Symptoms

Symptoms are caused by damage to affected organs, often the skin, heart, kidneys, and nervous system.

Symptoms include:
•Abdominal pain

•Decreased appetite

•Fatigue

•Fever

•Joint aches

•Muscle aches

•Unintentional weight loss

•Weakness

If nerves are affected, you may have numbness, pain, burning, and weakness. Damage to the nervous system may cause strokes or seizures.

Signs and tests

No lab tests are available to diagnose polyarteritis nodosa. You will have a physical examination.

Lab tests that can help confirm the diagnosis include:
•Arteriogram

•Complete blood count (CBC)

•Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) or C-reactive protein (CRP)

•Tissue biopsy

 

Treatment

Treatment uses medications to suppress the immune system, including steroids such as prednisone. Often, similar medications, such as cyclophosphamide, are used.

For polyarteritis nodosa that is related to hepatitis, treatment may involve plasmapheresis and antiviral medicines.

Expectations (prognosis)

Current treatments with steroids and other drugs that suppress the immune system (such as cyclophosphamide) can improve symptoms and the chance of long-term survival.

Without treatment, the outlook is poor.

Complications
•Heart attack

•Intestinal necrosis and perforation

•Kidney failure

•Stroke

 

that's all for now. sekarang ni saya kena fikirkan mengenai pelajaran saya. jika saya berniat untuk teruskan, saya terpaksa menempuh dgn KUAT. jika tidak, saya pon tak tahu. hehehehe.. byebye peeps. CAUCINCAU!

(berani mati aku mention nama dia..well! dia tak tahu pun! really wish i have a chance to meet him again :)

Sejak duamenjak ni banyak yg dah demam drama Adam dan Hawa kn?
ME TOO!! Hahahaha
I love this drama too much! I boleh tengok drama ni berulang kali tanpa jemu! Hahahaha!

This drama is about a man (Adam Mukhriz) and woman (Ain Hawani) . Dua orang yg xpernah terfikir utk settle down sekali tetiba ditangkap khalwat (it's not their fault which is a trap) dan terpaksa berkahwin.

Kemudian Ain dpt peluang untuk smbung belajar and for her, it's a great opportunity to forget all the silly problems! But still, deeply in Adam's heart, he's truly in love with Ain as he keeps waiting for her!

Every drama will have evil person right? In this drama, we have Dee! I hate her but only in drama! Hahaha..

If you guys are interested to watch this drama , you can just find it on Youtube or Google to find in one blog, which is really up-to-date all the episodes! Or if you have Astro beyond, you can turn to channel 134( i dont know the name of this channel because i dont have astro beyond! Yeah! Terlalu mahal! Hahhaha).. It will be on air every Monday until Thursday ( i'm not sure about the time! Hahaha)

Tort 1!

Assalamualaikum,morning,afternoon,evening peeps! Oke oke..hari ni i rasa mcm nak tulis something tentang course yg i ambil ni.

Firstly, i rasa mcm takut sgt nak pergi kelas td sbb hari ni tutorial and we need to answer some questions(for sure you all know,right!).. The worst thing is i don't understand at all! Sounds terrible but it's not gonna be the same for next time(peringatan utk diri sndiri)..

Tort means civil wrong done to other person . This is based on my info! I dont know if it's right! Hahahaha..

One of the types of law of tort is negligence- breach of the legal duty to take care which results in damage without intention to do it!

There are 4 elements in order to charged negligence :
1. Duty of care:  relationship like doctor and patient, teacher and student!
2. Breach of duty of care: fail to do responsibility
3. Plaintiff suffers injured/damage
4. Damage is not too remote.
